The ice restrictions lowering
On of after April the 1st, 2014, in seaboard port Arkhangelsk, the ice restrictions lowering come to pass. The vessels, which pass the White sea from/to Arkhangelsk no lower than Ice 2 class (RMRS) are accepted for icebreaker assistance and support in White sea.
