Return and Cancellation
You can cancel the order only if the order is still being processed. Requests for cancellation of the order will be considered valid if was emailed firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not recognize any other requests made by other means, such as through a telephone call.
If you by mistake or due to a malfunction of the system / network produced a double payment, please let us know and we will cancel the double payment as per your request.
Fraudulent Order Services
We have methods to detect any signs of fraudulent orders or test services. All of the alleged fraudulent orders are subject to immediate cancellation and the corresponding user / visitor will be irrevocably locked on our site.
As part of our efforts to protect the interests of buyers and sellers, we may require you to additional information or documentation to confirm the authenticity of your service order.
Refunds for unused services
You can enjoy the right to a refund within 30 days after receipt of the documents to the service by sending an e-mail to email@example.com сequest the cancellation of the order within the same time limit. Once we confirm receipt of your request and let you know the correct order of return. Your order (s) shall be subject to a monetary refund at the conditions specified below:
- Services purchased on our website: www.polartrans.ru
- The request was made on the return of sending e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and received by us within 30 days after eceipt of the documents for the service.
We reserve the right not to accept a request for a refund, if the request does not meet the conditions of return.
